Vmonitoring Dashboard - errors & alerts are visable by our agents, in addition to being emailed/text. Detailed information with error codes results in quick remediation.

 

Server Maintenance: we’ll check the most vital elements of your Server, drive space change, disk health, hacker attempts, Exchange storage size, event logs, check other SNMP devices such as printers, routers, switches, etc.

PC Maintenance: your systems run efficiently by keeping temporary folders and files clean and running regular Disk Defragmentation.

Network Monitoring/Alerts: instant notification of hardware and software changes or failures, low disk space, detection of new devices on the LAN and other network statuses.

Security & Spyware Scans: We perform weekly virus & spyware scans and remove offending programs. Agent update status is also managed and reported

Patch Management: We take the guesswork out of system patches. Simple reporting will show patch status.

Best efforts response time. 24X7 instant network monitoring service is optional. One provider to support your network and Nortel, Cisco, Wave/TeleVantage or TalkSwitch phone system. Vcare Standard Break/Fix Rate – for customers that are on a budget and require limited support. No monthly or upfront commitment. Best efforts response time. Service is provided on a need basis. 24X7 instant network monitoring service is optional. One provider to support your network and Nortel, Cisco, Wave/TeleVantage or TalkSwitch phone system.
